So yes DISAPPOINTMENT, to have paid more than 800€ for 2 nights in a room where we were not able to use all the facilities indicated. (The hammam and the smell of mold inside upon arrival, 107cm is not a large screen, the boat which was not cleaned as announced by the reception, internet/netflix does not work on the side night) When you run an establishment such as yours, you have to take responsibility for occasional damage due to your poor installation and the fact that you ruined the end of our stay does not seem to be YOUR PROBLEM either!!
